My photo was saved in pdf,I tried to upload it to facebook.com but cldnt work,what can i do to open it?

I really need to upload a photo thats is in pdf to facebook but its not working,i tried to open it with photo gallery and it was saying the format is not supported,whats wrong with the photo ,how do I support a format for it to open?My photo was saved in pdf,I tried to upload it to facebook.com but cldnt work,what can i do to open it?
open the picture with paint then press save as and save it as image.jpeg

You could open the pdf and press the ';Print Screen'; button on your keyboard (above the number pad).





Go into Paint and make the white square kind of small. Then press Ctrl+V or go to ';Edit';, then ';Paste';





Click the Fill in button, this allows you to reselect the dotted square button above it.





Once you reselect the ';Select'; icon, make a square around your photo. Then hit Ctrl+C or ';Edit';, and then ';Copy';





Got to ';File';, then ';New'; and ';Paste';.





Then you can save your file as a JPEG photo.





Depending on the original item, it should work. If its pixelized, you'll need something more advances than Paint, and might need to pay for a program!
