How are flies getting in here if there is a screen in the window?? 10 points!!?

ok, I'm 24 and I live in a mobile home with my dad, and we don't have ac because we're trying to save on electric bill (we are both out of work)...also we can't afford to buy a fan right now, so we just open windows when it's hot, and we will probably need to continue to do this all summer. So here's the thing. We only open the windows that have screens in them, and some of the screens do have holes at the bottom, but we taped over these holes and there doesn't seem to be any opening where flies could get in. Likewise, even if there does just happen to be some opening somewhere, are you REALLY telling me that flies would go out of their way to happen to find this opening and would actually go out of their way to come in here through that opening? Like why would they even do that?

Question: Even though there are a series of taped holes at the bottom of some of the screens, there is still a secure screen and blinds in each of the windows we open, and I don't see any untaped holes. But every time I can see through the blinds during the day, there are flies in the window (usually at least around 5 of them), and at night see them around the light in here. So how is it that flies could be getting in? I'm not sure if there could be a small unnoticed opening somewhere (unless you know another way they could be getting in), but even if there is an opening somewhere that I don't see, are you saying that flies would REALLY actually go out of their way to TRY to get in here through a small opening if there is one? But I don't seem to see any opening...why would they even WANT to try to get in here when they could stay outside and be free? How are flies getting in here if there is a screen in the window?? 10 points!!?
They might be coming in through a bath room vent. The flies might be squeezing in through the edges of the screens. How are flies getting in here if there is a screen in the window?? 10 points!!?
Flies aren't very bright. They try to get to wherever it is warmer during the night, wherever it is cooler during the day, and wherever there is food at all times. They could have laid eggs in your house. They might swarm in when the door opens. They might be coming in through a bathroom vent, through the attic, through your swamp cooler (if you have one,) or through holes in the window frame (See at the top and bottom of the window tracks? Yeah, some have enough space that a fly can get through when the window is closed.)

Try this: get some insect repellant. Spray it around the edges of all your windows and doors, inside and out. Also spray any lights you have outside. Now kill off all the flies inside your house.
