What do you need to open a cuban cafeteria and how much money to start with ?

My parents and I would like to open a cuban cafeteria, where we can sell food, and some bake goods, such as patelitos, and a few other things? How much money do i need to start something small, and what else do i need? The business willl be in the West Coast.. Please help me out!! ;)What do you need to open a cuban cafeteria and how much money to start with ?
My advice is to make an appointment at your bank and ask for help in opening up your own place. If your parents are refugees from Cuba they have a good chance in getting a grant from the government. That's free money, but also go to this web site; usgovernment and check around for places you can call or e-mail for help. what ever you do don't pay anyone to help you fine grants because it is always free. I am also looking to open up an on-line bakery saleing cupcake mixes, good luck to you and your family and i hope this helped. What do you need to open a cuban cafeteria and how much money to start with ?

you need furniture tables and chairs - - $

you need equipment - - $ $ $

you need licenses maybe a lawyer %26amp; accountant - - $

you need contracts with suppliers and wholesalers - - $

and a lot of cash up front for deposits and down payments handymen movers plumbers electricians painters

but a real estate agent - - $ may have a rental of a restaurant

and don't forget contacting the county officials like EEO and small business office

Once you have some numbers your guess will be close
