I'm going to be a senior in high school next year and I still don't know what I want to do specifically. All I know is that I want to do something with computers. I'm always on it and that's all I know how to do, is operate a computer. I'm currently taking desktop publishing, digital imaging, computer apps, and web page design classes in school. I'm open to learning anything in college. I just need to pick a specific thing I want to do.
I want a really good paying job. And I want it to be available in the next couple years. So what are some really good fields I can get into? Should I get a degree in one thing or more? Thanks!!!
P.s. I live in the Pittsburgh area so if anyone has college suggestions. Also, I want 4 year. What is a good computer career to major in?
If you are more proficient artistically and would like to major in some field that would add to the classes you have been taking so far, then you must choose a graphic design degree. On the other hand, if the technological and the coding aspect of computers is something that interests you I would recommend a computer science degree. These fields are fairly rewarding and I am sure that you won鈥檛 regret majoring in either of these. California College San Diego offers both these degrees. You can check these.
