How should I deal with my piercing issue?

I've had snakebites for over a year now. At 1st I had to open the holes everyday, but after that ended I could keep it on and took care of them. But whenever I push my piercing with my tongue it's still a little red/pink.

It doesn't spew anything, it's just like that. I want to know what should I do for them to heal completely.

I only take them out during school, then slip them on afterward with ease. If I don't put them on for some time over a day it can be a little tighter.

I want to have 3 piercings on 1 side of my lip now, and maybe close the one on the other side? maybe yes maybe not. If I can make it heal and close up without scars please let me know. They're 14G

PS: anything I can do about my nose bridge scars? they're small, but still.

I had a 16G.How should I deal with my piercing issue?
chances are you have scar tissue and thats is what is red. You have to take them off and put them on all the time and that isn't good for a healing piercing. I doubt it would close and be unnoticeable, though you could use scar softening creams to try reducing the redness?
