How do you open a psychological clinic?

I want to know how do you open a psych clinic? Where is the best places to open one? Also, is this a business that can be very successful? I want to become a clinical psychologist and own my own clinic. Would it be smart to own a clinic with a university? Please answer all of my questions thank you.
